Advance Booking for Don Pasquale

Please print out this booking form by going to File->print. Fill it in and return it with a cheque payable to Bridport Arts Centre, or your credit card number, plus a stamped, addressed envelope to:

To oder by phone or to resolve difficulties please ring Bridport Arts Centre on 01308 424204. The box office is open 10am - 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
There is a reduction of 10% for an advance booking of 6 or more seats.

Chairs are provided and will be allocated from the front row backwards in strict order of purchase date. It is advisable to book early. To avoid empty seats please tick the Rug box below if you would prefer to bring a rug and sit in the Rug area during the performance. The picnic rug area for those who have booked seats is in a separate part of the garden.

Last year we asked people with tables to have their picnics in the meadow behind the car park. This saved them trouble and left the garden clearer for the audience on rugs.

This worked well and we will be doing the same this year.

Please let us know if you are using a wheelchair so we can reserve a space. There is a separate entrance and help for wheelchair users to disembark from their cars. Please see the map that will come with your ticket.

Advance booking discounts end 24 hours before the performance.

We have taken out insurance this year: if the weather is so bad that the performance is cancelled, we will refund what you paid for your ticket. This will be done by cheques in exchange for tickets set to us by post, as it would be impossible for us to do it on site in the rain, or to have sufficient cash in hand at the venue. Please look after your tickets just in case!

Otherwise, we regret that we cannot give refunds or accept returned tickets. While we will try to sell unwanted tickets on the night of the performance, we cannot guarantee there will be takers.
